Engagement Manager - AI Transformation
At Yuma, AI is meaningful when it creates real value for people. As an Engagement Manager – AI Transformation, you’ll join a collaborative team working on impactful digital solutions for leading organizations across the Benelux, working from our offices in Louvain-la-Neuve, Brussels or Leuven.
You’ll contribute to challenging projects using modern technologies, while continuously learning alongside experienced colleagues in an environment built on knowledge sharing, curiosity, and craftsmanship. Combining technical excellence with a human-centered approach, you’ll help design solutions that truly make a difference for both clients and their users.
What you’ll do
Join a dynamic, growing and ambitious team that creates tangible value for clients in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, mobility, energy, industry, and automotive, helping them harness the real potential of AI. As Engagement Manager, your work will be centered on:
Leading AI transformation programs from early strategic framing through to tangible value delivery. You will help leaders clarify ambition, identify high-value opportunities, and reimagine how work, decisions, services, and experiences could operate with Machine Learning, GenAI, and Agentic AI.
Shaping the roadmap, orchestrate multidisciplinary teams, and guide clients through the design, build, and execution of new AI-powered ways of working.
Ensuring that bold ideas translate into measurable business impact, improved customer and employee experiences, and sustained organizational change.
Who you are
You bring at least 6 years in strategy consulting, transformation leadership, or operating model work, with a proven record of guiding multi-workstream engagements. You combine strong business judgement with curiosity for AI’s potential. You know how to challenge assumptions thoughtfully and help senior executives see what others don’t.
You think rigorously, synthesise quickly, and communicate with precision.
You thrive where autonomy is high and expectations are higher. You want more autonomy and influence than a large consulting firm allows.
You enjoy building methods, frameworks, teams, ideas. You are comfortable leading experts, shaping complex discussions, and navigating environments where answers do not yet exist.
A Master’s degree with outstanding academic achievement is required; an MBA is a plus. More importantly, you bring intellectual sharpness, integrity, and a builder mindset.
