Business Analyst

What you’ll do

As part of our dynamic team of Business Analysts, you will collaborate with cross-functional project teams, driving successful AI initiatives from inspiration to completion.

• You screen requests for proposals and analyze markets to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

• You conduct meetings to fully understand Clients’ needs, business and long-term goals.

• You present solutions and offers in a concise and persuasive manner, ensuring Client buy-in and satisfaction.

• You analyze and interpret Client objectives, building insightful analysis that is structured and easy to digest for our AI teams.

• You build and maintain trusted relationships with Clients, acting as an advisor on AI strategy and business improvement.

• You enhance internal sales to contribute to the firm’s sustainable growth and operational excellence by monitoring trends in business applications of AI, market screening, and competitive landscape.

Who you are

• You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or any related field.

• You are able to break down complex problems and develop structured, actionable solutions.

• You have a proven track record of building strong relationships with Clients and driving value in projects.

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• You can be described as an analytical-minded person. You are curious and want to understand how things work beneath the surface.

• You can collaborate with different types of persons, but at the same time feel ready to defend your own point of view and values.

• You are pragmatic, organized and flexible at work. You can handle your own tasks, but know when and how to ask for help or additional information whenever necessary.

• You pay attention to details, and you are always striving for excellence.

• You are fluent in both Dutch and English.

Additionally, these are not mandatory but are considered assets:

• You have experience in business and/or consulting, with a focus on IT and digital/AI transformation.

• Familiarity with change management strategies.

• Hands-on experience with reporting tools, data dashboards, and market research.

• Prior experience with AI-based projects and implementing AI technologies in business contexts.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as machine learning models, predictive analytics, and automation.

• Passive or active knowledge of French is considered a plus.
