AI Project Manager

At Yuma, AI is meaningful when it creates real value for people. As an AI Project Manager, you’ll join a collaborative team working on impactful digital solutions for leading organizations across the Benelux, working from our offices in Louvain-la-Neuve, Brussels or Leuven.

You’ll contribute to challenging projects using modern technologies, while continuously learning alongside experienced colleagues in an environment built on knowledge sharing, curiosity, and craftsmanship. Combining technical excellence with a human-centered approach, you’ll help design solutions that truly make a difference for both clients and their users.

What you’ll do

Join a dynamic, growing and ambitious team that creates tangible value for clients in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, mobility, energy, industry, and automotive, helping them harness the real potential of AI. As Project Manager, your work will be centered on:

• Leading projects with a strong emphasis on the contents of AI-driven solutions (whether classical machine learning, generative AI and agentic AI).

• Collaborating closely with AI engineers, data scientists, software developers, UX and UI designers, architects, business and functional analysts to deliver projects that are innovative and rigorous within timeline and budget.

• Driving value by ensuring exceptional feature quality while also shaping and transforming our clients' business operations and models.

• Facilitating workshops and iteration meetings with clients to distill vision into practical, value-creating deliverables.

• Supervising full project cycles: from ideation, design, development to deployment and operations, always keeping excellence, ethics, transparency, and real-world relevance at the heart of delivery.

• Acting as a knowledge facilitator: ensuring knowledge gained in each project (AI-based, technical architecture, domain learnings) is captured, shared, and leveraged across the team.

• Driving professional growth and motivation: coaching teams of technical and consulting talent to push boundaries while prioritizing well-being and professional development.

• Actively contributing to B12 Consulting's management and Yuma's innovation pipeline, shaping the evolution of B12 and Yuma as well as of the next generation of content-driven AI offerings.

Who you are

• You hold a Master's degree from a Business and Management school or in Engineering, Computer Science, Science, Data Science, or related disciplines or can demonstrate equivalent experience.

• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in project management, consulting or software development.

• You have a strong interest in AI, IT and innovation projects and are familiar with the Agile methodology.

• You show a strong analytic mindset, able to bridge technical and business domains, ask the right questions, and steer content-rich, high-stakes discussions.

• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to make complexity accessible and inspire both clients and colleagues.

• You work with a collaborative spirit and a drive to learn every day, coupled with the pragmatism and organization to deliver on commitments.

• You speak and write fluently in English and have a working knowledge of French or Dutch.

Additionally, these are not mandatory but are considered assets:

• Programming or in-depth AI/IT experience.

• A PhD degree.
