Fresh perspectives, inspiring conversations, and bold ideas about the future of AI Transformation. On October 14, Yuma welcomed business leaders, executives and transformation professionals to Dive into the Deep, a full-day AI Summit at the Elisabeth Center in Antwerp.
The event was based on the book Dive into the Deep: New Roads for Success in the Age of AI Transformation, written by Yuma's Michel Herquet and Mihailo Backović. At the heart of it was one central message: AI is changing how organizations work, make decisions and create value. This calls for a fundamental rethink of strategy, capabilities and ways of working.
Throughout the summit, Yuma's experts shared practical frameworks and insights on turning AI ambition into meaningful business value. Key topics included AI strategy, human-AI collaboration, organizational change and AI sovereignty. The main goal? Helping leaders move beyond isolated experiments and build lasting AI capabilities.
